Leading on secondary science curriculum – Ofsted, planning for progression and providing high quality science RH298 / A149
Using Ofsted’s 3Is (Intent, Implementation and Impact) as a starting point, science leaders will explore what the latest frameworks and research review mean for curriculum leadership, and for showing your department at its best during inspection. You will consider the extent to which your curriculum progressively develops science understanding and skills throughout KS3-4, and learn about practical ways to provide a high quality curriculum and pedagogy for your colleagues and students as well as for Ofsted.
