Summary

 

You will reflect on the literacy-related reasons why some learners struggle with science, and how best-practice literacy teaching can be used to overcome these problems. You will explore and develop practical approaches that are known to work well in science - from using keywords, to reading and understanding exam questions, and developing structured extended answers.
