Summary
This three part course will explore a range of key areas concerning how to effectively lead and manage a successful technical service.
- Part one of the course will look at leadership skills and characteristics and how you can develop your own leadership skills
- Part two will explore how to work effectively with others, building successful relationships, developing a others and having difficult conversations
- Part three will focus on managing the technical service through effective systems and procedures and prep room organisation.
