BEST diagnostic questions adapted for age 7 to 11 - day and night

This diagnostic question is part of a series adapted for primary aged pupils from the Best Evidence Science Teaching project for ages 11 to 14.

It helps students to explain what a day is using the Earth's rotation. It targets any misunderstandings pupils may have about the Sun moving across the sky and the Earth being at the centre of the solar system.
