A future without waste - the big challenge

This 'future without waste' session helps pupils pull together their learning on the circular economy through activities focused on a design brief where they have to solve real world problems. The design brief is based on the people and businesses in a fictional town called 'Grimsville' and pupils use their learning on the circular economy to consider how the town might eliminate waste and pollution, keep products and resources in use, and regenerate nature. The resource consists of a PowerPoint, videos, handouts and activities, along with accompanying notes that provide both a script and thinking points that might be used by educators.
