As Easy as CPD 2

This programme from Teachers TV follows Claire Duncan and Sukhbinder Bachra, who as part of their continuing professional development met with primary science consultant Rosemary Feasey. Acting upon the advice given to them they planned and taught lessons using a more creative approach. Claire’s Year three class investigated coloured filters using light sensors whilst Sukhbinder's Year Five class predicted what would happen during a prolonged eclipse.

In this programme, Claire and Sukhbinder review their lessons with a detailed look at what happened in the classroom. They highlight the aspects that helped best achieve engagement and learning of all children and how they may continue to development their teaching of science in a more creative way.
