Beyond the Visible: One Hundred Years of X-Rays

Written for the Association for Science Education (ASE) in 1995 to celebrate the centenary of the discovery of X-rays by Röntgen, this book contains units of study for Post-16 students on subjects such as the applications of X-rays, ultrasound and magnetic resonance.

Some units are also suitable for Key Stage Four and Science GNVQ Advanced students.
