IT consultant
William is an IT Consultant for NVT Group, he discusses his role in this video. His role involves providing day to day support on various technologies as well as being an architect for new IT solutions and processes. He is involved in a project from initiation to implementation and enjoys the variety in each day. At school William loved science and maths and went on to study Physics at Strathclyde university. His interest in IT during university led him to move towards Computational physics before finding a role at NVT on graduation.
This video can be a useful resource for teachers to help bring the career to life as part of a lesson. It can also be used by STEM Ambassadors running sessions in school and at STEM Clubs.
