This course will increase your awareness of some of the research about what makes questioning effective.  Participants will reflect on their own practice and consider how they can use questioning more effectively in science to support progress of students.


You will be able to:

  • explain some of theory about what makes questioning effective
  • explore some questioning strategies that promote progress in lessons
  • share examples of good practice
