Subject Knowledge for Physics Teaching (SKPT)
Join the new pilot with weekly sessions to build competence and confidence in physics teaching. A school subsidy of £5,000 is provided to support teacher release time.
Join us for our Autumn term residential courses, each will focus on three physics modules and a school subsidy of £1,000 upon completion*
Delivered from 32 locations across England, SKPT modules cover one core physics topic and requires up to 20 hours of learning. A school subsidy of up to £600 is available on completion of a module.

Subject Leadership Network Briefings 2025/26
These 60-90 minute sessions are designed to help STEM subject leaders tackle challenges collaboratively and lead effectively.
SKPT Intensive
A new SKPT intensive programme is being piloted in London. Starting on 24 September, it is open to teachers who are delivering physics outside of their specialism in an English state school.
STEM Community
STEM Community is a friendly, supportive network of more than 20,000 teachers and technicians helping each other. Featuring exclusive events, subject-specific groups, lively debates and topical news, you can't afford to miss out.
