When assessment is working

Using a Diamond 9 activity

Working with a colleague, arrange the cards into a diamond shape, (one card at the top, then three underneath, then five, then three on the next row, with one card at the bottom) placing those which have the greatest impact on learning at the top, down to those with the least at the bottom.   Which ones did you disagree on and why?

Activity - Have a look at the next two weeks of your planning and consider whether you could use this type of activity in a lesson to promote group discussion and draw out students' thinking.
