Scrambler

Act 1

A visualisation is given of a ‘Scrambler’ ride. The ride is made up of a rotating cross, with four further rotating crosses at the end of each arm. At the end of each of these arms is a car. One of the cars is painted red. Where will the red car be at the end of the ride?

Act 2

Help is given in the form of a visualisation that splits the larger cross from one of the crosses from the end of the arm. Timers are shown to help assess the motion.

Act 3

A video shows the answer.
