Matched Pair Games

From the Centre for Science Education, and with support from Shell Education services, these materials help children to understand electricity and electrical circuits.

The activity encourages children to create a matching pairs game in which contestants light up a bulb by answering questions and matching pairs. Children add a matching pair. To reinforce learning, the questions and pairs can be on any science topic.

Teacher guidance gives information on the materials required, scientific context and an outline of the activity.
