Summary

The facilitator development programme is our flagship approach to recruiting and developing suitable facilitators for a teacher and school-led national CPD programme.
This stage is aimed at experienced lead facilitators with extensive experience in delivering CPD across a range of contexts.It will further develop skills built across the first two stages, while moving you to a position where you can work effectively with senior leaders and governors to facilitate change across a range of CPD contexts and provide strategic direction. You will also be able to develop and expand the skills of coaches. Your experience will potentially move you from local to national leadership roles within STEM Learning.
Successful completion of this course will result in the accreditation of our Senior Facilitator CPD Quality Mark .

Outcomes

You will be able to:
  • effectively train, coach and mentor less experienced facilitators
  • expertly use a range of consultancy skills and processes
  • understand how to utilise different elements of your skills and experience in varying contexts and across different periods of time
  • deal with difficult situations and advise senior leaders effectively
