Summary

National STEM Centre

Join us at the National STEM Centre to consider the support available from the National STEM Centre when resourcing your scheme of work. The day is suitable for teachers of science in secondary school, especially those with some curriculum responsibility and will include hands-on sessions:

•exploration of the wealth of resources freely available on the National STEM Centre eLibrary
•the use of ready-made resource packages
•the creation of resource packages which 'add value' and pedagogical support to your scheme of work

The day concludes with the development of an action plan detailing the next steps required

Outcomes

You will be able to:

  • develop a great awareness of the National STEM Centre and resources available
  • be more familiar with how to use the eLibrary to increase subject knowledge
