Sarah Longshaw's public profile

I am passionate about supporting the development of teachers and Dylan Wiliam's quote that 'Every teacher needs to improve, not because they are not good enough, but because they can be even better' is one that really resonates with me. I am an experienced chemistry teacher, and a former head of science and SCITT subject lead, so can enrich CPD from my own experiences. I have always been interested in the 'impact in the classroom' and how participants might see a change in their practice as a result of CPD and more recently I have begun investigating the use of coaching techniques in my delivery.
