Reflective action planning for teachers: a guide to teacher-led school and professional development

Aiming to help teachers make a fuller contribution to school development, this text provides a guide to "reflective action planning", a teacher-led system for initiating and sustaining educational change.

The book also aims to provide higher education tutors, external consultants, LEA advisers and school managers with guidelines for establishing cost-effective school-based support and accreditation for school development work. Facsimiles, checklists, formats and other tools are used in the context of a school-based support programme.
