STEM Learning offers a range of open-access science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) resources for teachers, parents and carers to support both home and in-school learning: www.stem.org.uk/home-learning

Education staff across the UK are pulling out all the stops to continue to provide learning opportunities to children and young people both in partially closed schools and at home, while families are also looking to help their children learn at home. STEM Learning is providing resources to help in all these scenarios and will be adding more every week.

The resources have been curated by STEM Learning’s specialist team of experienced subject teachers, and cover all age ranges from 4 to 18. The science, technology, maths and computing resources will support primary, secondary and post-16 teachers to work with their students who are away from school and those still coming into school, while the family section offers fun, quick and easy practical activities for parents and carers supporting their children’s learning at home. All activities are free to access.

More resources will be added to each section every week, while STEM Learning’s subject specialists will be available on the webchat at stem.org.uk every weekday to offer advice.
