Summary
Are you teaching A-level for the first time, or do you want to strengthen your delivery to provide a stimulating and challenging learning experience for your students?
With recent changes to the A-level specification now is an ideal time to develop your schemes of learning and integrate inspiring and engaging practical activities. We will look at different ICT activities, how to tackle common misconceptions and building cutting edge research into your lessons to enable students to make maximum progression.

This is a residential course, fees include meals and accommodation for the duration of the course.
Outcomes
You will be able to:
- develop engaging and interactive approaches to core topics such as medical physics, forces & motion, quantum physics and electricity
- describe examples of contemporary physics such as how the principals behind the detectors at CERN can be used for radiotherapy
- prioritise an area of action research that be carried out in your educational establishment
