Steve Bunce is a maker, tinkerer and author. He is an experienced teacher and has taught in primary and secondary schools and covered many roles including Head of Computing and Senior Leader.
For the Open University, he advised schools on their use of technology and worked with undergraduate teachers as a lecturer at Durham and Northumbria Universities. Steve has an interest in coding and uses many approaches when working with teachers including video games, storytelling and robotics to capture their imaginations. He is a NCCE Computing CPD Facilitator, Raspberry Pi Certified Teacher and facilitator, Pi Top Ambassador, Microsoft Master Trainer, Google Education Innovator and Apple Distinguished Educator.
Currently, Steve provides Professional Learning in schools, colleges and universities. He focuses on teaching and learning and is especially keen coaching staff and students.
Additionally, Steve is researching into sleep and how we can educate students at school. He is looking for a project to engage students in STEM with sleep for health..
