originally trained as an engineer and worked in industry for 25 years before returning to education and taking a degree in Computer science. I worked in further education for four years before moving into secondary education where I taught Computer science. I have also managed IT systems in schools and introduced and developed E-Learning platforms. Recently I have been a CAS member and master teacher working with the Leicestershire hubs and Nottingham Trent University, delivering inset sessions for both master teachers and classroom teachers. I retired from full time teaching in 2018 and have been looking for a post that will allow me to carry on supporting the delivery of Computer Science. I will be working with the NCCE as a subject matter expert and look forward to providing help and support in the East Midlands region.
