Alyson Meredith's public profile

I am currently a lecturer at the University of Gloucestershire, where I specialise in teaching trainee teachers in the fields of primary computing and design and technology. Before transitioning to my current role I was a primary school teacher and have worked across all key stages. Over the years I had various leadership responsibilities and have been subject lead for a variety of subjects.
In addition to my teaching role, I have actively engaged in consultancy work. This includes working for the British Council where I have undertaken resource writing, led online international conferences, and worked supporting schools to develop overseas school partnerships through online webinars and project support.
I have been commissioned and subsequently written a number of teacher resources, specifically linked to the history of Gloucester. These resources have contributed to sharing the cultural heritage of the region and made history more accessible and engaging for bother teachers and students.
