Alex Sinclair's public profile

Alex is Primary Science Lead and Senior Lecturer at St Mary’s University, Twickenham. He writes regularly for teacher journals and has produced a range of resources which include Standing on the Shoulders of Giants and the Teach Primary award-winning, Superhero Scientists. He was a contributory author of the SNAP Science scheme of work, 2nd edition. Alex was also a member of the Primary Science Curriculum Advisory Group (hosted by the Royal Society of Biology, Royal Society of Chemistry and the Institute of Physics) who produced the Framework for a Future Primary Science report. He is a STEM Learning Lead Facilitator, delivering CPD courses at the National STEM Central and past national co-chair of the Association for Science Education (ASE).
