Curiosity Hub - Creative Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Maths Workshops
Curiosity Hub provides engaging in-school STEM enrichment workshops for all Key Stages, complementing the National Curriculum in:
- Computing/Computer Science
- Design & Technology
- Art & Design
Our workshops allow you to get ‘hands-on’ and explore technology in an interactive learning environment. We firmly believe that the Arts are not separate to STEM and we embrace imagination, creativity and the fun of making stuff in all our activities!
Whether teaching children or adults, we love working with cutting-edge educational tools such as:
- Lego Robotics
- Minecraft EDU
- Sonic Pi
- HUE Animation
- Squishy Circuits
We can advise you on the most suitable activities for your class size, year group, previous experience and school schedule, and will work with you to find a day and time that suits everyone. We provide all the necessary equipment and software along with instruction.
We are strongly committed to supporting initiatives that advocate for under-represented communities in STEAM, particularly girls and women, and we work hard to make our workshops welcoming and inclusive to all students including those with special educational needs.
Teacher CPD & Training
We also offer Teacher CPD and customised cross-curricular training sessions to help educators and schools get the most out of their computing software and technology. We can provide teachers with activity ideas, instructions and guides to enhance science, technology and computing classroom experiences.
Curiosity Hub is a not-for-profit educational organisation based in Brighton & Hove, Sussex, UK.
Our workshops allow students to get 'hands-on' with engineering design challenges and explore cutting-edge technology in an interactive learning experience.
Engaging STEAM activities emphasise teamwork, problem solving and creativity while also providing links to other subjects including arts, literacy and humanities. To book this activity, please contact:
