Silent Signal: Exploring Biomedical Science
These resources were developed to compliment the award winning Silent Signal project, funding by the Wellcome Trust and Garfield Weston Foundation. They include interactive lesson plans that explore the societal, ethical, and cultural aspects of biomedical science including immunology, infections, genetics, vaccinations, and sleep.
All the activities are curriculum linked (see matrix doc) and tested with target audiences.
There are more free digital resources available via the project website, silentsignal.org, including the six animated films inspired by the research, further guides, collaborator interviews and a curated bank of links and other free resources.
