If you open the first PDF entitled "Arithmetic: decimals fractions and percentages", we felt this resource would be good to use throughout this unit of work as it has a little bit of everything. Whether printing most of it off and using it as a supportive workbook, selecting specific exercises to print or project. P16 has a grid of FDP conversions in a table to try.
FDP Worksheets
If you scroll down to the bottom of this page, to the heading "Converting Fractions". Although I'm not 100% sure on the functions of this website, it seems that if you click on the different letters it brings up slightly different versions, so potentially students could all have a different variation of the same activity. It contains fractions to decimals, decimals to fractions, fractions to hundreths and converting between fractions/decimals/percentages/ratios.
