Summary
Our NEW primary science network offers high quality updates and professional learning for subject leaders and teachers, subscribe to our Core Skills and Subject Knowledge option and you will be able to book an unlimited number of your teachers to join these sessions. The network is a great opportunity for science leads and teachers from schools within the same area to meet, share practice and learn together.
These sessions will be delivered remotely after school (3:30-5pm), each will have a choice of dates for you and your teachers to choose from, offering more flexibility for working around your commitments, the sessions will focus on:
Core Skills
- Linking science with English
- Linking science with Maths
- Assessment
Subject Knowledge - focuses on specific topics
- Forces - Teaching the tricky bits and misconceptions
- Materials - Ideas for practical and covering misconceptions
- Plants and Animals - Teaching the tricky bits and misconceptions
