School STEM enrichment activities

The Royal Institution’s STEM enrichment and enhancement grant scheme is now open for entries.

Grants of up to £500 are available for schools to experience a science, technology, engineering or mathematics activity selected from the STEM Directory.

The STEM Directory is a database of enhancement and enrichment opportunities open to schools and colleges both regionally and nationally. Through the directory, you can easily search for shows, workshops, speakers and more.

The Royal Institution’s grants are designed to make it easy to integrate STEM activities into school practice, helping to inspire and engage young people of all ages. This £500 can be used to cover fees and expenses of the activity provider as well as travel expenses incurred by the school or college.

The deadline for applications is midnight on Monday 4 November 2019.
