Free to all schools and students, this live careers broadcast will include new and experienced NHS midwives and will be hosted by Dr Alex George of Love Island. This is the perfect opportunity to hear from the experts and answer any questions your students have about careers in midwifery.

Thursday 28 March at 9.10am

You can register your school free at www.sparkcareers.org/midwifery

Why get involved?

Live employer engagement

As this is a live broadcast with live questions and answers with an employer, it is true employer engagement and meets the Gatsby Career Benchmarks

Live Q&A

You can submit questions before the broadcast on behalf of your students as well as during the broadcast online. All questions will be answered even if there is not time during the live broadcast.

No technology required

All you need to be able to do is to stream a YouTube live video on a projector or screen. There is no complicated software or technology required. Just simply follow the link you’re sent in the welcome email.

Great feedback from schools:

“A class of 25 students watched the careers broadcast … at the start only 1 student said they would consider being a nurse, after the live broadcast 7 were interested.” - Shireland School, Birmingham
