Employability skills for the new generation of work

We are delighted to be supporting Changeboard’s Future Talent Education conference which takes place in Manchester on 8 July 2019 in partnership with The Institute of Student Employers (ISE).

This afternoon event brings together employers and educators around the theme of employability. It provides a unique opportunity for you to join the conversation with employers and universities about the skills needed by the next generation as they enter the workplace.

The agenda is designed to showcase a range of insights and perspectives from thought leaders, and inspiring speakers from business, society, sports, broadcasting, vocational and higher education.

You will gain an understanding of:

  • how best to engage with employers to provide meaningful engagements for your students
  • how to build and articulate soft skills to enhance employability
  • the role T levels will play in further education and the workplace
  • how to provide equality of opportunity for all of your students.

Part of the annual ISE Recruitment conference, the afternoon event is free for careers leaders.
