Cisco Little Big Futures celebration events

We are holding two celebration events on Monday 23 April 2018 at the National STEM Learning Centre in York and Tuesday 1 May 2018 at Cisco Headquarters in London.

Cisco Little Big Futures is aimed at students aged 11-14 and has a collection of resources to use across the STEM subjects and for your STEM Clubs. The resources introduce upcoming technologies that will soon be part of everyday life, giving students the opportunity to get creative and explore careers education.

Open to all students who have been involved in Cisco Little Big Futures, the day will consist of a presentation on the Internet of Things from Cisco, a chance for students to show their work to other students, teachers, STEM Ambassadors, Cisco employees; plus an opportunity to win on-the-spot prizes.

There will be hands-on workshops run by Cisco, STEM Learning, Pimoroni and STEM Ambassadors on the use of the Internet of Things in fire safety and how it will impact on people’s lives in the future.

To register your interest in either of the celebration days, email Alison Stephens.
