Each year for British Science Week, Mother Nature Science visit Primary Schools presenting our fun, hands-on and enquiry based In-School Science Day Workshops, for years Reception to Year 6. We take all the hassle and stress out of organising science week workshops for teachers – and make it an unforgettable science-week experience to remember for pupils.
Exciting news for 2020, we are delighted to confirm:
• The Official Theme British Science Week 2020 will be “Our Diverse Planet’” and or Boffins will be designing a new workshop day topic in line with Official Theme (every year since 2007), but don’t let that get in the way of reserving your date.

We make it hassle free for you to organise your Science Week Day Workshops. We come to you with all the kit and staffing to perform a whole day (or days), of hands-on enquiry based 30min workshops with every child in the school. We have workshop topics to cover all specific aspects of the primary science curriculum . There is no minimum or maximum amount of workshops you can book, as we can perform multiple days or send multiple instructors for a single day. All we require from you is a single classroom with tables and chairs reserved for the entire day.
We have workshop topics to cover all aspects of the primary science curriculum within awesome chemistry, biology and physics. Including, forces, invention, colloids, ecology, volcanoes, evolution, gases, colour theory, communication, engineering and advances in technology, anatomy and many more.
Parents also receive a top secret science sheet after every session telling them what their child has done and other experiment to continue the science at home.
We have a large team of experienced staff and multiple offices – we are not a ‘one-man band’ science presenter.To book this activity, please contact:

Grants for school
The Royal Institution runs two enrichment and enhancement grant schemes. Grants of up to £500 are available to UK-registered state schools to host a STEM activity selected from the STEM Directory.
There are a number of other organisations that offer grants to schools.
