Apps for Good

Apps for Good computing courses give students the skills and motivation to shape their future through technology, while giving teachers the support and confidence to pick up and deliver high quality content and resources. We are an education charity committed to offering an opportunity for all. In the past 12 years, we've worked with almost 240,000 young people - with more than half of our schools in challenging circumstances. Thanks to the generous support of our partners, including Spotify and Google, our courses are 100% free to schools, as well as volunteering their industry expertise.  

This year we have launched a brand new course - Innovate for Climate Change. In this 12 session course, students combine climate knowledge with our tried-and-tested Apps for Good methodology to produce a climate action app. The course has been mapped to all 4 of the UK National Curricula and is accessible on our website here.
