This 1.5 hour staff meeting explores the basic science that underpins climate change and global warming, how we might explore this through science education and across the primary curriculum.
Intended learning outcomes:
1) Understand climate change and its causes
2) Understand some of the key roles of Earth Observation (EO) satellites
3) Understand some of the ways we are combatting climate change
4) Identify STEM Learning & ESERO climate change resources
5) Supporting children with eco anxiety.
