Primary SKE Package: Session 1 RA198 / B396
Summary
This package of CPD is aimed at primary science leads and teachers who would like to feel more confident in science delivery. In these sessions participants will collaboratively look at teaching and learning approaches to National Curriculum content, focussing on building an engaging and challenging KS1 and 2 science curriculum which will prepare pupils for KS3 study.
The package consists of 7 sessions which can be attended by up to 2 teachers from each school, links to book onto the individual sessions will be sent out to the individual who books this package to pass onto the teachers who wish to attend.
The sessions will be delivered by ZOOM 15:40 to 17:30 and links will be sent to all participants booked on the sessions at least 3 days prior to the session

- Introductory session
- Animals including humans
- Plants and Evolution and Inheritance
- Living Things and their habitats
- Everyday Materials and Rocks
- Sounds, Light and States of Matter
- Forces, Magnetism and Electricity
