Learning Method
Remote Delivered CPD

We're excited to introduce an upcoming MOD Cyber Security program tailored for Year 10 and 11 students. The three one-hour sessions are designed to fit seamlessly into existing STEM or extracurricular clubs aim to provide practical insights and careers advice for the world of cyber security.

After provided training, the sessions can be delivered by you or another member of staff, covering fundamental concepts of cyber security. The provided top-quality resources, including teacher guides and student workbooks, ensure that sessions are both fun and informative. The final session, with the potential to be guided by a STEM ambassador, offers real-world insights and careers advice from experts in the field.

This CPD provides a walkthrough of the resources that will be provided for teachers, letting you know how to work through the student and teacher activity guides, as well as providing some Cyber Security tips and information from the course leader.

A bursary of £100 will be available to schools that deliver all three sessions, payable on the completion of a post-delivery survey.

Who is the course leader?

The aim is to educate KS4 students about Cyber Security, education, and potential careers in the field; as well as raising awareness of the Ministry of Defence and their provided opportunities.
