About Hannah:
I have been a lead facilitator since 2016, I am currently a KS2 class teacher at a school in North Tyneside with direct responsibility for raising whole-school engagement and attainment in Science and STEM. Under my leadership my school has been awarded both the primary Science Quality Mark Gold and Outreach award. I have gained a wealth of experience as a Science and STEM leader through leading CPD and engaging in STEM learning. I have facilitated exciting initiatives such as the Goblin Kit Car Project as I am passionate about STEM learning.
In 2018, I was awarded 'Science Teacher of the Year' by the Primary Science Teaching Trust'. Following this, I became a Fellow of the Primary Science Teaching College. In 2019, I was successful in becoming a PSTT Cluster Coordinator and lead five other schools within our local authority. Our cluster aims to support the development of Science teaching and learning. My specialisms are, working scientifically, developing literacy and numeracy across the science curriculum and using ICT across the science curriculum.
