Summary

For Primary Schools in the LEAD Enthuse project only - all other bookings will be cancelled.

 

Format:

Half-day – morning (face-to-face)

  • To model how a Collaborative Deep Dive can be used as a form of professional development for trust-wide Leaders of Excellence who may hold their own in future
  • To share ideas for structuring a Collaborative Deep Dive
  • To provide advice on any potential challenges involved in hosting/leading a Collaborative Deep Dive
