  • Science teachers.

We are delighted to welcome HMI Eleanor Belfield, Ofsted Science Lead, to this event at the Midland Hotel, Bradford. Eleanor will draw out key messages from the published science subject report, ‘Finding the Optimum’. She will invite delegates to reflect on the findings and what they mean for schools as they continue to address the challenges following the pandemic. Eleanor will dispel some of the myths that surround ‘deep dives’ and inspection practice. There will be an opportunity to ask questions.

In the afternoon, Eleanor will be available to support round-table discussions about both primary and secondary science. Additionally, there will be a choice of workshops exploring different aspects of delivery in the Science Curriculum.
