Biology for Technicians - Surrey RM607 / D18
Summary
This practical biology session will explore a range of biology topics and the practicals that can help support students' learning. Covering such topics as plants, microscopy, enzymes, cells, microbiology, photosynthesis, transpiration, enzymes and molecular biology. There will be a mixture of live demonstrations.
We will also be running a microscope maintenance course

10.00 - 10.30 - Extracting DNA
10.30 - 11.30 - Microscope maintenance
11.30 - 12.15 - Dissection Tips
12.15 - 1.00 - Hot Tips for Required Practicals
1.00 -2.00 - Lunch & Networking
