As part of the BBC micro:bit - the next gen campaign, your primary school pupils can get involved in a large-scale playground survey during the summer term.Children will use the BBC micro:bit to investigate the size, biodiversity, temperature and pupil activity levels in their school playground. The development of pioneering lessons and activities around this survey will introduce pupils aged 7-11 to machine learning and working with digital data.
