Who is it for?
This day will involve making a range of different dishes which might be used to prepare our students for NEA2.
The day will mainly concentrate on high skilled dishes.
All ingredients will be provided, the day is suitable for people new to teaching NEA 2, technicians or those wishing to spend some time learning new approaches to high skilled dishes
