Magnetism and demagnetisation, how magnets work & misconceptions.
Magnetic induction, domain theory, describing magnetic fields, discovery of the nucleus, the atomic model and plum pudding model.
Properties of alpha, beta and gamma, fusion, fission, calculating half- life.
Nuclear power station, dangers of radiation, uses of radiation & waste disposal.
This is session 4 of 5 days for GCSE Physics, each date will be focusing on different topics.
