Summary

This workshop will introduce you to the Computing Quality Framework, its dimensions and how this self-assessment tool can turbo-charge your computing department, with support on how to complete the initial assessment and the evidence required. The session will support you on how to achieve Level 4 across each dimension and when to apply for the Computing Quality Mark.
Please note that you will need to set up a free CQF account. It is advisable that you do this before the workshop: https://computingqualityframework.org/sign-in/ so you can complete the audit during the workshop. Authorisation of your free account should happen as you sign in, but sometimes it can take a few days.

We will explain what the Computing Quality Mark is and when schools can apply for it.

We will explore why schools are using the Computing Quality Framework (CQF)

We will explain how the CQF fits within the NCCE/Computing Hubs offer of support.

We will show you the process of completing the self review.

We will discuss what evidence you need to show and how to provide it.
