The event will include :-
- Overview of NC for computing - where does computer science fit into the national curriculum?
- Design and planning
- Progression in programming from EYFS to Y6
- Reviewing pedagogical approaches
- Computational Thinking - how to support and challenge
- Next steps
It will be useful to have both Scratch Jr and Scratch available. It would also be helpful if staff had registered with Barefoot Computing prior to the training.
