EP2332 Working as a science technician: an introduction to the role RK601 / B01
Summary
This course will prepare you for your new role as a science technician. We will cover a range of topics including health and safety, policies and procedures and technicians skills. This knowledge will ensure that you will be able to apply what you lean in the classroom to provide an efficient and effective support.
This course is fully funded for maintained teachers from Derby, Nottingham, Leicester and Northampton. All other maintained school delegates will be charged £185 for booking.
Outcomes
You will be able to:
- work towards successfully implementing the new skills and knowledge acquired on the course
- describe and apply policies, procedures and actions that will lead to an effective and efficient technical service
- describe and explain safety implications and how to address them
