Summary

This short course will introduce you to the BBC Micro:bit, showing how it can be used as a data logger in Key Stage 2.  
You will experience a range of programs in MakeCode (Microsoft's FREE block based code editor) which will enable you to use a Micro:bit to log data.  During the course you will gain an understanding of how to log, access and read  data using the Micro:bit within computing and cross-curricular projects.  To support you in using Micro:bits effectively in your classroom you will be provided with links to further support and information on how to access free Micro:Bit loans from your local Teach Computing Hub.
