Summary

Space is a subject that primary pupils find endlessly fascinating, so why should we let the year 5 pupils and teachers have all the fun?

As a context for investigating materials, cross-curricular work and enrichment activities, space offers so many opportunities.  This course will include plenty of practical ways to enhance pupils’ learning through the context of space.

We will be covering the following:

  • Primary space resources
  • Practical ideas for using SPACE across the curriculum
  • What can space teach us about the world around us?

£65 STEM Learning subsidy is available for Cambridgeshire & Peterborough state-maintained schools. Contact training@swaveseyvc.co.uk for more info.
