ONLINE: Primary science subject leaders’ network RK121 / A25
Summary
As well as our normal update section to our Summer Term Science Subject Leader Network session we will be having a focus, the focus this time will be following up on the Ofsted recovery report by looking at how we can support pupils in learning a range of skills required to work through the scientific process. We will look at ways to model the skill, and then examine how we can provide an opportunity for pupils to practice the skill and finally look at the next steps, which truly sees if the pupils have understood it, by getting them to apply the skill. This will also help in supporting yourself and colleagues in the progression of science enquiry skills.
This is an ONLINE network meeting facilitated by JANE BANHAM to share good practice.
