A short training session for computing hub leads, to build confidence and capability when managing the performance of facilitators of NCCE CPD.
Who is the course leader?
Outcomes
This session is intended to:
- Build hub capacity to assure CPD quality underpinned by the NCCE facilitator standard
- Improve feedback and support for facilitators, including mentoring approaches
- Provide guidance and access support for facilitators who have not demonstrated meeting the required standard
- Understand how facilitators and hubs can work together to offer high-quality CPD
